We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on product development. In addition to designing new products and solutions, you will take on overarching project management responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination across teams. You will play a key strategic role in launching products successfully in the market. With a helicopter view of the entire process, you will track progress, identify potential roadblocks early, and optimize development workflows to ensure smooth implementation.
You should be organized, proactive, and capable of driving cross-team collaboration to ensure efficiency and high-quality outcomes. You will critically assess products, define their value for the target audience, and shape innovation strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to marketing efforts by creating compelling marketing assets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive innovation through research, ideation, and user-centered design principles.
• Ensure seamless integration of design and technology, focusing on scalability, performance, and usability.
• Support marketing efforts by contributing to marketing assets such as product presentations, packaging concepts and promotional materials.
• Lead the strategic development of solutions, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goal and user needs.
• Creating a bridge between multiple teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient workflows.
• Proactively identify risks, streamline processes, and track progress to optimize development.
