We develop and install innovative monitoring solutions for vulnerable individuals. Our goal is to ensure our customers can rely on the robust and consistent operation of their systems. Additionally, we install monitoring systems and provide service and maintenance to ensure the devices continue to function reliably.
JOB DESCRIPTION
In this versatile role, you are responsible for:
• Scheduling: You prepare the planning for all pending field assignments.
• Administrative support: You support operations and production by ensuring smooth administrative processing.
• Order completion: You are responsible for the final processing of orders, monitoring the availability of items, and scheduling their execution.
• Ticket management: You handle incoming tickets and ensure they are followed up appropriately.
PROFILE
• Experience with scheduling: You have experience in creating schedules and possess logistical insight.
• Administrative all-rounder: You are well-organized and can quickly switch between various administrative tasks.
• Strong communication skills: You communicate clearly and efficiently with both colleagues and customers.
• Flexible and proactive: You are adaptable and take initiative to solve problems proactively.
• Good knowledge of computers and digital tools.
• Compiling and managing administrative files as well as updating inventory.
• You speak fluent Dutch.
• You hold a valid category B driving license.
