We develop and install innovative monitoring solutions for vulnerable individuals. Our goal is to ensure that our customers can rely on the robust and reliable operation of their systems. In addition, we install monitoring systems and provide service and maintenance so that the devices continue to function dependably.
We are looking for a motivated Field Service & Support professional who can make a real difference for our clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• You install and maintain wireless sensors and kits at customer locations.
• You configure and install software, advise customers, resolve technical issues quickly, and respond to urgent service calls.
• You also work from the workshop/warehouse for preparations, assembly, box-picking and deliveries, repairs, and testing.
• You are responsible for the management and organization of the warehouse, including production and product components.
• You check incoming parts, assemble them, and deliver them to the customer.
• You coordinate the supply to production and oversee the organization of finished products in the stock hall, as well as the processing of returns.
• You install and maintain wireless sensors and kits at our clients’ locations.
• You are able to work independently and take responsibility.
• You handle incoming support tickets and ensure appropriate follow-up.
PROFILE
• You are communicative, customer-friendly, and a true ambassador for the company.
• You have strong mechanical skills; experience with measuring equipment is a plus!
• You are a quick learner: IT, software apps, and cloud environments are no obstacle for you.
• You speak fluent Dutch.
• You have a valid category B driving license.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
